Access to Information We Hold about You: If you would like to access, obtain copies, update, correct or request that we suppress or delete any of the information we hold about you or if you require further information from us about how we use your information please contact us. You may be charged a reasonable fee for access to your information.

ADA POLICY: The hotel is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY: Guests must be 21 years or older with valid photo identification (Acceptable ID: US Driver's License, US Government ID, Passport ) to reserve and check-in a room.

ALCOHOL POLICY: Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Coolers are not allowed to be brought into the hotel. They will be confiscated and secured overnight with a claim check. They will be available for the owner to retrieve upon departure; however, coolers will not be held past 5pm on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation 24 hours before 4:00pm on arrival date without penalty, unless otherwise stated.

CONNECTING ROOM POLICY: Please contact the hotel directly to request about connecting rooms.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY: Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 15 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Cribs available?: Yes! Cribs are available at no additional charge. Due to a limited number, cribs are based on availability.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY: To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to help us get a better understanding of how visitors use this Website. LOST AND FOUND: Any items which is guest belonging, if we found we will keep in Lost and Found storage up to 30 days.

LOST ROOM KEY CARDS: Registered guest only can get new key card(s) for room by showing frontdesk agents your valid ID to verify you as a guest.

Marketing: We may contact you by email, telephone, SMS or postal mail with information about products or services offered by Riverfront Hotel or a third party that may be of interest to you. You can opt-out in this way at any time by: Using the unsubscribe function in the email you receive from us.


MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Depending on your room type, maximum up to five (5) people in a standard room or maximum up to six (6) in a suite (not including child in a crib).

Mobile Devices: When you use access our Services from a mobile device, we may collect information such as your unique device ID and your location information. When you download and use the App, we and our service providers may track and collect App usage data, such as the date and time the App on your device accesses our servers and what information and files have been downloaded to the App based on your device number.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. For exact fee, please contact hotel directly.

PARKING: Parking is free for hotel guest only.


Pool, Spa, Fitness and Game Room: Open from 6am to 11pm daily.

Retention Period: We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Rollaways: Rollaways are available at a rate of $25 per day and maximum one per room. Due to a limited number, rollaways are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Security of Your Information: We will take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide us from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to help safeguard and secure your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. Unfortunately, no security system is 100% secure, thus we cannot ensure the security of information that you provide to us via the Services.

Shuttle: Hotel guests enjoy free shuttle services daily from 9am to 9pm. Shuttle service only available for three mile radius from Riverfront Hotel. We prefer you book Shuttle service prior your arrival. Riverfront Hotel reserves right cancel shuttle service due to unexpected repair or maintenance if necessary.

SMOKING POLICY: All guest rooms, restaurant and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee per incident will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. A designated smoking area is provided for guests outside, near the front entrance area.

Social Media Sites: Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, usage and disclosure policies and practices (including the data security practices) of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including any personal information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Apps or our Social Media Pages.

Vending Machine: Riverfront Hotel is not responsible for any money lost while using any of vending machine. Vending machines are property of 3rd party.

WAITLIST POLICY: Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
